3+ years in real estate acquisitions
Experience with vacant land transactions
Strong negotiation skills
CRM proficiency (Podio, REI Pebble, or similar)
Manage the entire dispositions process — from listing to close. You'll handle buyer relations, marketing listings, and ensuring smooth transactions for our land inventory.

Experience with land or lot sales preferred
Marketing and listing platform experience
Analyze potential land deals and funding opportunities. Conduct due diligence, run comps, assess risk, and present recommendations to the investment committee.

Build and nurture the LandVerse community. Manage our Discord/Slack channels, coordinate student events, handle onboarding, and ensure every member has an exceptional experience.
